Spuddy’s started with one stubborn idea: the humble baked potato deserves to be the main event, not the sad little side. So we got a truck, a mountain of russets, and a whole lot of toppings.
Now we roam the Detroit metro splitting, buttering, and absolutely burying spuds in the good stuff, from the Motown Spud to the marshmallow-topped Cinna Spud. One potato, fully loaded, every single time.
